- DC-beer is an Internet mailing list of people in the greater Washington, DC and Baltimore area who enjoy brewing, drinking, investigating, and discussing good beers.

News
- December 23, 2007: Wiki Back online after a long time off. Lost the disk in Brauhaus.org in late June of 2007. Had to recover the data, including the db's which backend the wiki. Will try to be better about doing more frequent backups. Have also implemented a mirrored disk for the important stuff, so hopefully things will be safer than before. Cheers! Dan.
- December 13, 2006: Wow! Time flies. Happy 12th Anniversary to DC-Beer!.
- December 14, 2005: Wiki'ized the DC Beer Guide. Going forward, this will be maintained and updated by DC-Beer list members.
- December 12, 2005: Revived the DC-Beer Faq as a wiki page

- November 1, 2005: Back on the air after DSL took a vacation at the same time as the list maintainer
- April 19, 2005: Verizon Blacklists brauhaus.org - Verizon has taken it upon themselves to blacklist brahaus.org. All emails to @verizon.net are refused with the message: Please visit http://www.verizon.net/whitelist to request removal.
- February 28, 2005: we're back on the air! Sorry for the downtime. We lost a disk out of the server which was hosting DC-Beer, and your Admin was running a bit behind. I wanted to get things done right - rather than rushed, so took a bit of extra time.
